CoGurukul is my dream project. As I write this, it seems that my body is releasing a lot of tension that got accumulated over the years. The idea came into being in 2021 and it took more than three years for the seed to sprout. I lacked the clarity to see- What is it that I want to do with this? After trying a lot of things for more than a decade, I found that something is fundamentally not working in my life. I was not able to find meaning while working for others. This allowed me to realize that I am not able to fit into the moulds and that I have to create the work that is meaningful for me. This led to a journey of self-discovery. <\/div>\n
 
I discovered traumatic wounds that I had to acknowledge. Recovering from these became the core of my healing journey. I found out that many more were struggling with this in the dark. I decided to study more about Traumatic Stress. Started reading “The Body Keeps the Score” and followed by “The Myth of the Normal”. It was eye-opening. This lead to a 7-month certification in “Traumatic Stress Studies” offered by the Trauma Research Foundation. The modules on IFS (Internal Family Systems) made a lot of sense and took my healing journey to another level. Eventually I started offering Self-Leadership coaching to people. Building this website was a natural progression in this journey. Looking forward!<\/div>\n
